My wellness sessions involve conversation along with physical and mental techniques to support your emotional, mental, and physical health. They are a great way to support and sustain your well being.

Wellness session INFORMATION

My wellness sessions were created to support those that would like conversation and actions to receive support for their mind body and spirit. One hour includes conversation and a customized selection of any of the following: breath work . meditation . affirmation . gentle movement . yoga . dance

I provide my wellness session via Zoom.

During a wellness session, I begin with conversation. Depending on your needs and preferences, I then customize the series of practices we engage in. It can be breath work, meditation, affirmation, gentle movement, yoga, and/or dancing. After I guide you through the activities, we speak a little more and then I end the session. 

The benefits of a wellness session vary from person to person but can be felt during, immediately after, and even hours or days after a session. Some have experienced an emotional release, physical sensations, insights, motivation, energy, happiness, idea generation, feelings of freedom, joy, wonder, increased sensuality, confidence, and improved health overall. 

Wellness sessions are perfect to maintain, increase, and encourage mental, physical, and spiritual well being.
