If not, I understand. It’s not normal for us to celebrate our wins because most of us are taught that it is conceited, rude, or bad to do this. It’s time for us to forget about that and do what champions do.
Have you ever noticed that athletes celebrate when they win? Actors celebrate when they win too and so do many notable professionals when they achieve various goals. There are reasons for this. Celebrating our wins is a really powerful practice. Doing so ensures we take our goals seriously and it trains us to want to go the distance when we are working toward something.
Being able to notice when you win at something, do a good job, achieve something, when you did your best, etc., is a way of being that aligns with being confident.
You will now begin this powerful practice and will be encouraged to continue it throughout the rest of this course. Ready to harness your confidence in a fun way?! Let’s go!
