Being kind to ourselves when we’re scared is usually the last thing we do. Often times we try to totally ignore the feeling and soldier on or, we let ourselves stay paralyzed by what scares us. Which hurts us even more. Today our focus is on being kind while holding ourselves accountable. What does that look like exactly? When fear shows up, recognize it. Then, acknowledge it. Be kind to yourself in the acknowledging and still go after what you want to achieve. Sound good? Let’s do it.
