CONFIDENCE BUILDING COURSE LESSON 8

In the last lesson you had a chance to take swift action. Now you have the chance to do many things over the next 24 hours. This will allow you to practice building your confidence in a variety of ways. There are so many benefits to this!

Every time you do something new you are building new nuero pathways in your brain. You see, our brains are like computers and we program our computers with our experiences. Doing new things installs new pathways or programs in our brain.  This becomes the new programming that makes us open to more things. But that’s not all! When you do new things you also build your confidence and self esteem. You show yourself that you can do things that are hard, new, and different. You learn and grow which builds your confidence and makes it all more normal to you. 😍 Woohoo!

How many ways will you exercise your confidence today?

Assignment DO

Below is a checklist of things you can do to put fear in its place. This will help you to get more confident in yourself and exercise practicing confidence in different situations. I have broken the writing into two sections so you can have a copy of what you have agreed to do for the day, then come back to write about your experiences once the day is done. Coming back to write about your experience is powerful and important so you can have a copy of it sent to you. Trying things that are a bit above your normal routine without it feeling impossible is a great way to begin. Have fun!

After doing what you wrote above, write
